On March 14,2014   the seminar- consultation with the school principals of the Sevan district was held at Sevan high school  after Kh. Abovyan. The seminar was conducted by the school principal L. Mkrtchyan. Within the seminar the skills and abilities of writing development program were  presented to the principals. Simultaneous   the rate of the  main problems related to the school were propounded which were coming out of the interest of the principals.Then Mrs. Mkrtchyan presented the way of grant  propasal writing, gave  the electronic addresses where  the new grant projects would be introduced to the principals.At the end of the seminar  the calendars, where  were inserted the posters taking part in  the <<antismoking  advertisment >> were rewarded to the  all school principals sent by the “ Union of School-Centres" union of legal entities .The principals left the school expecting the continuity of the seminar like that.
