Armenian Genocide or The Great Enormity  (Turkish: Ermeni Soykırımı, English : Armenian Genocide). Sultan Abdul Hamid 2 and young turks ̎ ittihat ve terakki ̎  party  which were the forces leading by the Ottoman Empire organized the genocide,in the result of that  the Armenian population living in the Provinces of the Ottoman Empire as well as in the  Western Armenia were eliminated from their historic homeland through forced deportations and massacres between 1915-1923. Conventionally the Genoside day is considered to be  24 April 1915 , the day Ottoman authorities arrested 600 Armenian intellectuals in Constantinople.

  Great Enormity with the Jewish Holocaust are the world’s most studied  cases of genocide.

   The  initiative of Gyumri N 3 high school pupils’ council  organized the pilgrimage to Her-her     / massacre / clough in memory of Armenian Martyrs of the 1915 genocide. Other pupils of the school  joined the initiative work of the pupil’s council. They, with the participation of the school principal G. Aleksanyan, educational activities organizer M. Msryan, the head of the military K. Ghazaryan, physical education teachers N. Sargsyan and M. Manukyan  and by the leading of A. Nakhshqaryan, on April 24,2014  visited Her-her clough laying  the flowers at the monument in  the memory of the Armenian  genocide victims.

   Armenian nation in its historical life has got a page that every Armenian speaks  doleful, excitement, plaintive about. It was a crime that took place in 1915  implemented by Ottoman Empire. Every  Armenian visiting the monument every year shows that condemns that crime against humanity - genocide.
