On April 30, 2014 at the suggestion of the «Union of school centres » Union of legal entities the information seminar dedicated to the organizational structures of implementing the grant programs and procurement processes was held at Yerevan  N 20 primary school after Jon Kirakosyan . The 17 school  representatives  (principals, deputy principals) that in 2014  had presented the grant proposals to the Union of school centres and in the result of the grant competition became grant contest winners participated in the seminar. During the seminar the  president  of USC union of legal entities the deputy at National Assembly of Republic of Armenia Ruzanna Muradyan ,the director of  PIU Center for Education Projects Hasmik Ghazaryan, RA Education and Science  Ministry’s Public Education Department Chief Narine Hovhannisyan   had  greeting speech .The executive director of the «Union of school centres » Union of legal entities  Lilit Antonyan , the accountant Karine Harutyunyan , PIU teacher’s professional development and training subproject professionals  Armen Martirosyan and Sona Martirosyan, Procurement specialist Vardan Poghosyan had advisory speech.

   Within the seminar the contracts were signed with  the 17th school principals  which became the winners  in the result of the grant  contest, and provided advice for  effective implementation of grant programs.
