The annual convention of "Union of school –centres" union of legal entities was held in the Tsaghkadzor “Writers' House” holiday resort  from February 27 to March 2, 2014. There were invited many guests to the opening ceremony in Tsaghkadzor from the educational field, MPs deputies, schools' principals that are the union members.

The deputy minister  of Education and Science in RA  Karine Harutyunyan greeting the participants in convention , mentioned that the guiding force of the the implementation of  the public educational reforms were the school, where had been discussed manifold projects, tested textbooks and etc. The deputy minister expressed her contentment that the union took place. According to Karine Harutyunyan’s words the aim of increasing the quality of education it implements active scope, tests several innovations.

  Deputy Minister of Education and Science Manuk Mkrtchyan spoke about the reform process,  public involvement in those and about  many other statements.

   The  president of "Union of school –centres" union of legal entities, the deputy of the national assembly of the RA  Ruzanna Muradyan summarized the employement and the project directions  within 2012-2013 carried out by the union.

  The mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan and the president of National Assembly of the RA Hovik Abrahamyan sent  massages,which were read.  

     The Ministry of Education and Science of Armenia, Departmrnt Chief of Public Education RA Narine Hovhannisyan , "Center for Education Projects" the director of CEP Hasmik Ghazaryan, teachers' professional development and training subproject manager Karen  Melkonyan said greeting words within the convention.

  State Inspectorate of Education Head Aram Karapetyan presented the control the effective  mechanisms of the analyzing implementation of the study results towards  the  school educational activities.

    The director of the centre for  Christian Education a High Priority at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin Father Vardan Navasardyan said greeting words.

    Within the convention the executive director of "Union of school –centres" union of legal entities  Lilit Antonyan presented 2013-2014 the directions of the  new  software,as well as the presentation of the web site.

    A memorandum among  "Union of school –centres" union of legal entities  and ”Dilijan international school of Armenia” foundation was signed , according to which UWC Dilijan school and "Union of school –centres" union of legal entities  express willingness  to contribute to  gaining  an important position  in the global educational map  for Armenia .
